Seasonal/Monthly Sites: $1000 per month
Premium Seasonal/Monthly Sites: $1200 per month
- Seasonal rates include:
  - Includes only 2 adults and 2 pets
  - Additional adults are +$100 per additional person, per month
  - Additional pets are +$50 per additional pet, per month

Tent Sites

Tent Sites: $32 Sun-Thurs, $37 Fri-Sat

Storage/ Parking

RV Storage Sites: $80 per month

Daily Parking: $10

Cancellation Policy

Nightly Reservations:

1 week (7 days before arrival)
- $15 cancelation fee if cancelation occurs 7 days before arrival
- A 3 night deposit is kept if cancelation occurs within the 7 day cancelation period
- Campers leaving earlier than their original departure date will NOT receive a refund, this includes but is not limited to weather conditions, change of plans, or emergencies.

Holiday Reservations:

2 week (14 day) policy
One night deposit kept if cancelation occurs before the 14 day period
Full reservation amount is non-refundable if cancelation occurs within the 14 day cancelation period
Campers leaving earlier than their original departure date will NOT receive a refund, this includes but is not limited to weather conditions, change of plans, or emergencies.

Seasonal/Monthly Reservations:

$250 cancellation fee
$250 early departure fee (charged on top of monthly rent)

Refund Policy

Refunds will be given of the excess amount left after cancelation fees are taken, as according to Woody Mountain Campground’s Cancelation Policy. All refunds may be used as camp credit if the camper wishes.

Fees:

$30 management site cleaning fee
$5 a day extra car fee
$10 per person overnight guest fee
$20 site change fee
$20 site lock fee
$20 early check in fee
$25 per hour late check out fee
$250 seasonal (monthly) deposit (held until departure)
